TRISHA KELLOGGTrisha Kellogg moved to Durango more than six years ago with her husband and Fort Lewis Women's Basketball Coach, Mark Kellogg. Together they have two beautiful children, Camden, who is four years-old, and Kalyi, who is two.
Trisha has worked at Sunshine Gardens for nearly five years as Marketing Director. She enjoys working with families and residents and creating a loving place they can call home. Prior to working at Sunshine Gardens, Trisha was a CBS news reporter and anchor in Montana for four years and also worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Johnson and Johnson.
Trisha enjoys running, playing and watching basketball, spending time with her kiddos, reading academic articles, acting as a board member for the Colorado Assisted Living Association, and working on business ventures.
Trisha says that Sunshine Gardens has taught her how to love and respect our elders. Trisha states, "I see the long term industry changing and this is a good thing. People do not want institutions, they want homes. They want options and love. Sunshine Gardens and the Country Home are progressive and we listen and act on what the residents want. The Hilger family knows the business better than anyone I have ever worked with, and I admire their goals for quality care. From the Hilgers to our care staff and residents, Sunshine Gardens is a family. We know each other's histories and stories. We laugh together and cry together. It is a beautiful place that gives me inspiration."
